Specter a Dem?

Pennsylvania senator, Arlen Specter announced he's running as a Dem in the 2010 race. Good for him. His true stripes is as a Dem. That's where he should be. I didn't care for him. He's a classic RINO. Go! Begone! If you're going to be liberal, go Dem. If you're going to be conservative, go Repub or Libertarian.

He'll lose in this race. So, either way, it doesn't matter to me. His career is finished.

Fuck you and your 2009 tax increase bill. How fuqqin' dumb are you people? With this economy? I'm glad Pawlenty is going to veto it, you bastards.

What if Al Franken wins this recount suit? Minnesota still won't have a senator.

Well, thanks DFL'rs. The Minnesota Democrats in the state senate decided we have to have higher taxes.

What these pompous self-absorbed assholes don't seem to get is that there are people outside of the Twin City metro area that don't share their big gov't view. They don't get that there are people in the rural Minnesota area that happen to be conservative in nature. I've ran across plenty of rural Minnesotans that vote DFL but are so conservative tat it makes me wonder why they voe for these Brownshirts.

They and their fellow liberals call the Republicans the party of the rich. I'm not sure what party that is.

1. Obama made millions a year before he was President. George Soros and the Hollywood crowd aren't poor.
2. Wall Street gives more to the Dem's than the Rep's.
3. In the Senate, often called a millionaires club, those with the really big money are Democrats. Of the five U.S. senators worth more than $25 million (John Kerry, Herb, Kohl, John Rockefeller, Dianne Feinstein, and Lincoln Chafee) according to Roll Call, only One (Chafee) is a Republican.

Are union bosses poor? The difference is that the party that uses the poor, is the party of greed. I think it's pretty well documented that, in general, liberals donate a smaller percentage of their income to the poor than conservatives.

But then there's the Hollywood crowd that donates their expensive time, not their money, to push their agenda and then calls it a donation.

Ned Lamont, who ran against Joe Lieberman for the Connecticut Senate in 2006, is only the latest in a long line of Democrats who have self-financed their campaigns. He poured over $4 million of his $100 million fortune into the race.

In 2000, Democrat John Corzine poured $60 million of his own money to win a Senate seat in New Jersey.

Mark Dayton spent $12 million to win in Minnesota.

Maria Cantwell, $10 million in Washington and Herb Kohl $5 million to retain his seat in Wisconsin.

Democrats now control the majority of the nation's wealthiest congressional jurisdictions. More than half of the wealthiest households are concentrated in the 18 states where Democrats control both Senate seats.

This new political demography holds true in the House of Representatives, where the leadership of each party hails from different worlds. Nancy Pelosi, Democratic leader of the House of Representatives, represents one of America's wealthiest regions. Her San Francisco district has more than 43,700 high-end households. Fewer than 7,000 households in the western Ohio district of House Republican leader John Boehner enjoy this level of affluence.

Democrats, who talk about income inequality and economic justice, are now the party of the super rich. The super rich have different priorities and concerns than other Americans. Taxes don’t bite as hard because they can hire accounts and lawyers to avoid or minimize them.

I'm not rich by any standard, but I'm also not fooled or lead to believe the message that the media has sold as truth, about how the liberals are helping the poor. They will say anything to get power. They use the poor to push their agenda and are profiting from it.

So, to make a long story short..... the DFL can go screw themselves.
